You might want to look at your gmond.conf file:

yeah, maybe the 'safe mode' can help me to resolve someting.
But i think maybe i do not describe clearly my problem.Repeat as
following:
1, On my Master node , i can see info about my cluser even about every
node. Yes, i can't see graphics, So, the 'safe mode' can help me
greatly,,thanks a lot~~
2, I install gemate + webfront in a client with rh9 installed that IS
NOT a member of my cluster.And i can see no any info about my cluster, ofcouse
no graphics.
If i can see some info , i can know , the gmond or gmetad in my cluster
trust my client. But now , they don't trust. So, i can't see any info.
So, could u give me some other advises?

Hi,
I had a similar problem so I hope this helps. It had to do with
the default install of php to safe_mode = On. This will not allow you to run
executables like rrdtool to generate the graphs unless they are in the
safe_mode_exec_dir=/path-to-somewhere/safe_mode_exec_dir or something like that.
Just set these variables in you php.ini file. Then either copy
rrdtool or make a simbolic link to your safe_mode_exec_dir
look in your http/logs/error_log file you should see something
like
sh: /rrdtool: not found
sh: /rrdtool: not found
sh: /rrdtool: not found
Once you set your safe_mode_exec_dir this should go away and
the graphs should show up

I just see the ganglia page without any infomation
about my 3-node cluser , without any graphs.
On the master node ,i can click every node to check
their private info.I can chioce some metric on the top to see the info that's
on the bottom of the ganglia page.But ,these info are not shown to me when i do
the same thing in the outside client.Just a ganglia page.
whether i shuold isntall gmond in the outside client??

I'v installed gmond on every node of
my cluser that is using OSCAR3.0 + Redhat 9.0, and installed rrdtool + gmetad +
webfront on the Maser node .They worked well.
My Master node have 2 NIC, Eth0 with
the IP 192.168.0.254 connect the compute nodes in the cluser, Eth1with
10.0.0.1,connect a client ,which is running Redhat9. And I'v installed rrdtool
+ gmetad + webfront. The web server workes well. But i can't see any node's
information in my mozilla.
My Client ip 10.0.0.2. I'v added
route. Ping 10.0.0.1 and Ping 10.0.0.2 and Ping 192.168.0.254, they all work
well. But i can't ping succusffully
192.168.0.X ,which is the compute
node's IP in my OSCAR cluster.
I've try to open the IP Forword in my
Master node, the webfront still don't display my cluster's information.
So, How could i do?? Who can give me
some advises?
