I have installed the latest ganglia and web frontend on RedHat 7.3 with Apache 1.3.
When I reload the any specific host-based page for Ganglia I always get a segfault returned by one of the HTTP Apache daemons which are spawned by the main Apache process. The end result is malformed HTML and a lot of empty graphs on the screen. It seems that for each graph which is not I see a 'segmentation fault' in the Apache error logs: [Thu Jun 10 15:54:56 2004] [notice] child pid 11955 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Thu Jun 10 15:55:06 2004] [notice] child pid 11984 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Thu Jun 10 15:55:24 2004] [notice] child pid 11983 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Thu Jun 10 16:05:38 2004] [notice] child pid 14287 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) I have seen other web interfaces for Ganglia on the internet and never seen this effect, their web pages are always displayed correctly. Is this an Apache issue or a ganglia one? I have trawled through past posts and not found one entry relating to this. -- Richard "Iceman" Frost GSG-EDA SoC Systems/CAD Manager Motorola Global Software Group - EDA SoC 2 Second Avenue, Technology Park Adelaide, South Australia Ph: +61 8 8168 3589 - Fax: +61 8 8168 3664
