Hi,

I installed Ganglia gmond in a machine with RedHat 7.3 and ran command "telnet
localhost 8649" every 5 seconds to collect performance data. During the test
period, i intentionally ran another program in the machine to make the
performance data different from time to time. It turned out that all the 200
sets of data collected by the command for the same cluster node were all
identical. But when I used "gstat -iIP" to collect only the data of the same
machine, I could get different values across the period.

There are about 30 other machines in the subnet. I could see the performance
data of all others. But all data of the same machine were identical across time
also.

Do you have any idea how this could happen?

Thanks&Best wishes,

Helen
