[Ganglia-general] Does anything besides gmond run on Windows?

I just discovered Ganglia and it seems like a great package.

I downloaded ganglia-3.0.0-setup.exe and have gmond running but none of the
other portions have a .exe / Windows-32 bit download listed.  Do I need to
add a Unix host to run the rest of the components of Ganglia?
