I have installed ganglia package in my cluster env.
Package used:
ganglia-monitor 2.5.7 (gmond)
gmetad 2.5.7
ganglia-web 3.0.3
apache1.3 with php4.3 & rrdtool is also installed.
Pretty sure that the 3.x series of tools don't interoperate with the 2.x series.
1) Not getting any image. Throws few php errors.
This would begin to validate my theory.
2) gmetric data is blank in the web.
And this furthers it.
Get the 3.x series of gmond and gmetad. I'm very sure that the data
structures changed between the 2.x and 3.x series, so you will need to
be running the same version of all the ganglia tools.
