I think you could run NSIS (NullSoft Installer http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page) in the build process. I run it through Wine and  it works fine. Granted  I haven't done anything too fancy with NSIS. All someone needs to come up with is a NSIS script and then anyone should be able to easily build the release. Vladimir
