Hello all,

After swapping-out some bad hardware (no hard drives) on a system
and rebooting, I've been getting the below messages in /var/log/messages
every 5 minutes. sys2 is running gmetad (192.168.2.2) and sys1 is
192.168.2.1. Before the hardware swap I never saw these messages.
The rrd images all look good, and sys1 in particular has been sending
its updates in regularly without any flaw in the data so I can see, so
gmetad still seems to be talking to gmond perfectly fine. Anyone know
what the below means and how to fix it?

Jan 18 08:29:49 sys2 /usr/sbin/gmetad[9270]: Got a malformed path
request from 192.168.2.1
Jan 18 08:29:49 sys2 /usr/sbin/gmetad[9270]: server_thread() -1218565200
unable to write root epilog

Thanks,
Josh
