I will start a thread there about 3.1.0 wishlists.

Personally I think the webfrontend sorely needs a face lift, and could
use some web 2.0 jazzing up.  There have been a number of
contributions on extending the frontend which would be nice to be made
pluggable.  If you could help with that, it would be fantastic!

BTW, a few of us are also in #ganglia @ irc.freenode.net.
