The RPMs that are on SourceForge were built on Fedora Core 6 so it may not work well with RHEL4u4. You should rebuild the SRPM yourself by running: rpmbuild --rebuild ganglia-3.0.5-1.src.rpm You _should_ be able to use the web RPM on RHEL4u4 without any issues.
