Hi, I collect several statistics for things like temperature and UPS status that come off of embedded OSs (no gmond). I am trying to create a virtual host that will display all measurements that don't come from a real machine. I'm running 'gmetric -S 172.20.100.255:UPS1 ..... ' , and the data shows up in the web frontend but I get no graphs. The info page shows up fine (1x0.00GHz CPU) and when I go to the host (uptime 13972 days) and there is a single line in 'User Defined Gmetrics' listing the UPS capacity, but no graph. Graphing works fine for gmetric defined data in real hosts (I monitor mysql and nfsd) but not for this fake host. Is there a way to get graphs for gmetric defined data for a host that lacks gmond provided data?
