I've looked into the OS issues relating the two systems and
everything appears to be the same here as well. I've left some notes below.
I've also tried stopping and starting gmond, as well as a full re-installation
of the binaries on the System 2 LPAR below having the errant data.
System 1 (correct):
$ lslpp -w /usr/lib/libperfstat.a
