On the machines running gmond, can you run `gstat` to see how many
hosts are being monitored by gmond?  Assuming it has the correct
number of hosts, then your gmetad is not communicating correctly with
your gmond(s).  Can you paste your data_source line(s) in your
gmetad.conf?

Which version of Ganglia are you running?
