Hi all, we have freshly installed Rocks 5.3/CentOs on a CrayCX1 with 4 blades, each with 16 CPUs. After the installation Ganglia showed only 16 CPUs and 1 host, after a reboot 48 CPUs and 3 nodes, after stopping and restarting the services 16 CPUs and 4 hosts, but reported all hosts down (which was not the case).
Anyone has any idea what's wrong?
