G'day Tim:

I may be speaking out of school here (I'm no graphics expert), but CLIM is a 
high level interface manager which should be adaptable to different graphics 
environments.  TK is certainly a candidate, but I think CLIM could drive a 
modern web browser with AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript And XML).  Graphics 
elements could be generated as SVG or PNG.
