Just to cross-pollinate ideas here, perhaps this is something that 
should be bundled with Lispbox?

And whether it's part of the standard Lispbox or not, I think this is 
definitely something that the Newbie Development Environment CLG project 
should include as an option.

(Is anyone thinking of championing that project yet?)
