OK, I guess I've done it now - I saw the link on the wiki page for the Liberate dpANS3 Unchampioned project, so I went ahead and created a project page for it. I stuck myself in as champion, and tried to outline something reasonable sounding as a method of procedure. If I've done this more or less correctly I suppose it can be moved to Championed projects on the Gardeners_Projects page, although I didn't want to do that without at least one opinion on whether I set it up properly or not.
