Here is another concept... but without a mill.
Make the downdraft bottom section so as material flows in, it goes into a
hydraulic driven compactor (ram or rotary) that forces it down an extrusion
tube, where it cools and uses the heat to help bond the remaining lignin. Use
the latent heat, just add pressure (of course in an oxygen free set-up).
