Hi Cuong,

If possible you could switch from suction to an air blown configuration
thus avoiding tarring your fan.

If the above is not an option you could consider keeping the fan as hot
as possible so that the tar does not condense in the fan. Also choosing
a fan with large clearances may be helpful. Furthermore a larger
diameter fan turned slower might have less vibration problems.
