Hi all
I am building my first gasifier. I tested it three times so far, with
something less than ideal results. I changed the intake size last time. I
went from (4)- 5/8" size nozzles,adding (16)- 3/8" nozzles (radially)
totaling 3.2sq.in.I wonder now what the ratio between the intake size and
gas exhaust size should be.. When I increased the nozzle size the temp.
seemed to be considerably lower. The gas exit size is 2.25" dia.pipe.I get
1psi vacuum now in the 10" chamber.
I realized now I changed the dynamics and think I have to correct it. Any
suggestions?
