The fishing was GREAT! We ended up with about 200 lbs of fresh red snapper and grouper after cleaning. We went out for 1/2 day last year and caught about the same. We went out for a full day this year after being told we would go much farther out to where the "REALLY big fish were". I recommend the half-day trip. We had very few bites "out farther" and had to come back in to catch fish.

 

All in all, it was a great trip, but the ride home yesterday was frigid! I forgot my thermal socks and my jacket liner.
