I did some research yesterday and got no where. 
 
The official SEC website has no "contact" links.
 
I dicovered the name of the SEC head official - but again - no official link.  I might could have found an email address at Western Kentucy(?) - but it would not be cool to contact him at another email address. 
 
Like I said yesterday.  The refs have a hard job - I can understand them missing this call on the field.  That is why there is replay.  What I don't understand is - how could they miss this replay?  The replay clearing shows Harvin sticking the ball over the goal line and then the ground causing a fumble - after the ball was across the goal line. 
 
I think that we do deserve an answer - otherwise the credability of the refs, and the SEC, is in jeopardy. 
 
I understand that the refs have some lenancy in holding calls and such - and those usually go against the team blowing out another team. 
 
But this was cut and dry.  My understanding is that the replay officials see the same replays that we do.
