Thanks to Helen and all the other well wishes, we are still on Cloud 9 this morning. She is going to be a Public Relations major with a minor in event planning, which is something she thinks will be useful for many different businesses and industries. She completed a two semester internship at the Alligator in advertising sales, and has already decided that she doesn't ever want to be paid in straight commissions!

As a proud graduate, I can say that the College of Journalism has a lot to offer and a journalism degree is great preparation for many types of careers. I suggest that she set her sights on something other than the newspaper business! Helen On Tue, Feb 10, 2009 at 9:23 PM, Scott Costello <[email protected]> wrote: Congrats!
