Date rape is a misnomer. The appropriate term is "acquaintance rape". It may not involve an actual date at all. :-/

I'm not sure where I read this, but I recall that the restraining order was asked for months after their relationship had ended and in response to Johnson dating another woman. While that does not invalidate the allegations, it sure makes me skeptical. I'm also a little puzzled as to the likelihood of a woman being susceptible to date rape on three separate occasions.
