Unfortunately, if she used to date him, even crazy stalker rape is called "date rape" when what they really mean is "acquaintance rape". They pretty much don't ever call it "crazy stalked rape", even when that's what it is. :-/

I'm not sure where I read this, but I recall that the restraining order was asked for months after their relationship had ended and in response to Johnson dating another woman. While that does not invalidate the allegations, it sure makes me skeptical. I'm also a little puzzled as to the likelihood of a woman being susceptible to date rape on three separate occasions.
