You can make a nice show of cleaning your gun, or sharpening your knives.

Not sure a baseball bat allows for such theatrics.

I have plenty of cutlery lying about. The other night I got home from work and two high school guys were in the garage with my wife and daughter Laura. Laura asked if I remembered their names and I shrugged my shoulders, said no, and went inside to change. When I returned, I told them that I did indeed remember their names: Dead and Next. They looked a bit perplexed. Laura asked if I was going to kill both of them and I responded “just one—you can kill the other”. These kids need to know that just because Mr. Jay is cool and a nice guy, he’s also a bit crazy. Works for me!
