I think it is also a part of the learning curve for most young people on the 
importance of taking expeditous care of administrative processes, including 
working your own email and snail mail inbox, in a timely manner.  For some 
folks, it takes a few experiences that you'd better read that sfuff and respond 
by due dates.  It's not the human or childhood norm.  It has to be learned, 
usually before judges or credit managers.

He'll be fine.  JMHO.

I know that a lot of people have been on Doe's case for his legal issues 
regarding the driving with a suspended license, but what most people don't know 
is that this is all about the results of unpaid parking tickets, not from 
careless or reckless driving or a DUI. He had several unpaid parking tickets, 
went in to pay them, but did not pay the extra fees for overdue fines and court 
costs, so the court suspended his license.  Interesting.........
