I agree completely. Moody has looked really solid these last few weeks in the limited time they've given him. This LSU game was exactly the kind of situation a back like Moody is made for and he was doing great. His average per carry in this game was higher than any of the other backs, but he only got six carries. I can't for the life of me understand why we would run three downs with a foot to go and not give one of them to Moody on a night when we're trying to protect Tebow. We ran speedster Rainey into the middle of a one-yard defensive stand while our big bruiser back sat on the sidelines. I keep searching my head for what's going wrong and the only thing I can come up with is this. He's had a tendency to carry the ball low and Strong once said that's why he's fumbled a couple of times. It's possible that, even if he doesn't actually fumble, if the coaches see him carrying the ball dangerously that they might pull him out anyway. Possible?
