Believe it or not, my sense of smell while smoking was better than most non smokers. You are correct regarding it's improvement. My office smells like crap. The dogs stink. My garage has a mildew funk. I seem to smell something burning, somewhere, almost every day. It's a curse, this hypersensitive sense of smell. Though fine wine and scotch never were so good! Sadly, beer doesn't really taste much different.....Need to work on that. Hang on...wind out of the north...I think I smell Oliver. In about a year you will be able to identify tobacco smoke coming from a passing car on the other side of I-10.
