My Gator Friends, 1 month down. Switched to the 14mg patch last week and then tore that off Saturday afternoon. That means I have ½ a box of 21mg’s, over ½ box of the 14’s and an unopened box of the 7’s at home. I wanted to get off the nicotine entirely and not wear the 7’s for a week. Really not that bad at all. Not sure what to expect as all nicotine eliminated, but hope it just keeps getting easier. Sent notes to ALA and ACS to get a feel for some local volunteer work.
