I'm thinking Ahmad Black was beat out of his position by Will Hill or someone else. So, now he's second string. Isn't that the case?

His reasoning was that we'd likely be playing a lot more man to man in the secondary, using our improved pass rush and the skill set of our starting DBs to allow us to play tighter coverage, and to press the receivers closer to the line of scrimmage. When you play zone the defenders are looking at the QB more, so there are more chances to read his eyes and make breaks on the ball,leading to more opportunities for INTs.
