Pizza, beer, Dooley. Pat has a heck of a sense of humor and a unique perspective on Gator sports and the associated personalities. I won’t bore with the details---don’t have time at the office anyway. However, he did run down a list callest “Top 10 Misconceptions about College Football”. Number 8 on the list “Lane Kiffen is a jerk”---he couldn’t believe that was on the list and scratched it off as a mistake. Also said Meyer not going anywhere and has had MAJOR offers from top tier college and NFL teams. Said Strong not going to Louisville, Charlie will only go to a school that would put him at the national forefront to win it all. Threw in the obligatory Nole jokes, though very kind and respectful to Bowden. Said the ‘Bama game a coin toss, but going with Tebow as he doesn’t lose. Also said Dunlap won’t be the difference if ‘Bama wins. Teams very evenly matched. Two great D’s pounding it out in a slobberknocker. Jay P.
