Last month, a 6-ton orca killed trainer Dawn Brancheau in front of park guests. SeaWorld and Brancheau’s family have held talks with Mills about representing them in efforts to block release of video recordings of the incident, the Orlando Sentinel reported. Mills previously helped the widow of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt prevent the release of her husband’s autopsy photos and the family of Gainesville student killer Danny Rolling’s victims keep crime-scene photos from being released.
