Coach Meyer understood what Thompson was saying and what Thompson meant. Thompson meant that they are two different QBs. One a dual threat QB and one a pro or passing QB - so it changes what the receivers do. Coach Meyer felt that those slime balls, I mean reporters, at the Orlando Slantinal, I mean Sentinel, where trying to twist Thompson's words around to make it sound like Thompson was saying that Tebow was not a real QB but Brantley was.
