If these teams leave their conference after so many decades - what does that

The Big 12 is a relatively new conference. It was formed with teams from the
Big 8 and the Southwest Conference, back when almost the entire Southwest
Conference was on probation and some even facing the Death Penalty (e.g.,
Southern Methodist), if I recall correctly.

Go Gators!!!!
