So I am already seeing questions comparing the Reggie Bush situaiton to this... and thankfully Pat Forde is responding to them to answer... but the biggest difference is.. Florida reported it as soon as they were informed about it. USC-west didnt. It wasnt until years later until the NCAA pushed that USC-west finally pulled up the rug and decided to clean up their act.
