Because despite the success, there is much room for improvement. We have not completed a single deep pass all season. You don't thin defensive coordinators see that???
C'mon man! We are winning, we are undefeated, we are all happy about that. BUT we have bama next week and LSU after that! You really think we win both? I hope so, but until we stretch the field vertically, their defenses are too good, have too many good players with great speed, to dink and dunk. Even arkansas opened it up down field, had a chance, but lost. If we play only 30yards in front of us, we don't win both... It is what is it... am I happy with 4-0? Hell yeah? Is there room, still, for improvement? Hell yeah. We are a v-8 firing on only 6 cylinders... just wait til we hit on all cylinders. My 9 year old daughter sees it... she asks, "what if we beat alabama?" I said then we have LSU... she said "what if we beat them?" I said then we have a chance to be really special. We are not really special yet. Trey Burton is... Overall, I am happy. We gave 'bama a lot to think about, but let's not think, for one minute, that we have arrived and have no room for improvement.
