I've read some analysis, from someone that has a much greater understanding of what goes into player development, and the game in general at this level than I do. And while not completely giving the coaches a pass on all of this, he does detail a lot of the "reasons" that he believes are behind the offense's sluggish start to the season. It makes sense to me, but if "reasons" always equals "excuses" to you, then it's probably not worth anyone's time to list them for you, or yours to read them. To each his own.
