Where I think the coaching staff needs to work a miracle is in their own play-calling. I've watched our guys march down the field to the red zone over and over this year, only to have the coaches yank out the players who got us that far, setting up the opposing defense to look brilliant with a set of highly predictable and ineffective plays. We have talented players who can move the ball, but the coaches have got to give them a chance to succeed.
