Rob, IMO you've nailed it. Although I wish Urban the best I have not been so frustrated with a Gator team since Zook was around. Addazio hopefully has his bags packed and is ready to move on about 4pm on Jan 1. Charlie I do have a couple of other not so complimentary opinions about the staff this year but in the spirit of the Christmas season I will pass for now.

I've watched our guys march down the field to the red zone over and over this year, only to have the coaches yank out the players who got us that far, setting up the opposing defense to look brilliant with a set of highly predictable and ineffective plays. We have talented players who can move the ball, but the coaches have got to give them a chance to succeed.
