Randy, I don't know if you have ever spent any time in Seattle, but it is one of the very few places on the West Coast that I would consider living. It is very clean, the weather is fantastic year round, the traffic is very well planned, and the food is fantastic. Because of the sea currents, the climate is very mild in spite of its Northern latitude. For example, the highs this week are in the mid to high forties, while the lows are only 39.
