Is the Matthews Bridge the one that connects to the Arlington Expressway?

is dwarfed by the UF/UGa game day traffic.
If you are not familiar with the Mathews Bridge it is one of 2 bridges
that bring traffic directly to the stadium and if it's closed, getting
downtown is going to be a nightmare for the game.
You've been warned.
