I vote for Stephen's suggestions. I agree that Kerwin could be lured from JU simply because if he can prove his offense works at the next level for a few years, he'll be taken seriously for HC positions at the FBS level. Agreed on Jimmy Ray, in fact I had just said to my sister, "What happened to our old O-line coach under Spurrier, didn't he leave for Duke? He's not working, right?"
The assistant that we really cannot lose at UF is the one defensive guy (whose name escapes me at the moment) - he's a hell of a recruiter and we'd lose a bunch of current and prospective guys if he's gone.
