has a list of the top 100 recruiters in the country. Chris Rumph at #20 is the highest rated Gator coach followed by Callahan at #62, Collins at #70, Nussmeier at #74, Skipper at #84 and Shannon at #85. Have no idea what the criteria is for ranking on the list but it would seem that Callahan was a competent recruiter. He asked former UF DB commit Jayvaughn Myers and his response was something to the effect of Kirk Callahan was the reason he DE-committed from UF, that his relationship with Callahan was "not close". Jayvaughn Myers' brother is WR target Nate Craig-Myers; when JM was committed to UF, NCM was considered a strong UF lean. Now both brothers are expected to go to Auburn. I've seen things that say it was 25% on-field and 75% recruiting performance that got Callahan dismissed. Had to be a good reason, because the Gators are on the hook for Callahan's salary in 2016.
