This is a kind of round-about solution, but maybe it would
work for you:

On the remote networks, you could have either a UNIX or a
Windows host running a Syslog server and logging to a drive
that is shared from a server in your main office.  It would
still require a Syslog server running in the remote offices,
but the logfiles would all be in your local office.
