Backup Floppy

I need to make a backup of the Gnatbox floppy.  I was shown to take out the
floppy, put it in another pc, and copy it by the person who installed it.
I see there is an option in 'Administration' called 'Download Floppy Image'
through the brownser interface.  Is this all I need to do?  Just don't want
to think I am backing it up when I am not.
