Mr. Scoter,

No, the neither the GNAT Box Light software or the full version have a 
facility to automatically tell you if your External IP number has 
changed.  You will have to manually check your GNAT Box firewall for a 
change in the external IP address.

This is a problem that occurs when you create tunnels, and do not have a 
static IP address.
