Using Gnatbox lite v

For what ever reason
RoadRunner has changed my IP address 3 times this month. Normally this
doesn't happen but it seems to be happening more and more so a question for
you. Is there a way for Gnatbox to alert me that the external IP address
has changed? My problem is that I have Tunnels setup so that I can use
Dialpad. The problem is I have to change those tunnels every time my
external IP address changes. Is there any other way around
this?
