Hello Andamo, I believe your real server problem may be a filter problem.
From your information your PSN network is 10.0.0.X, and you External IP is 216.39.165.42. So, your filters should have the interface set to "ANY" or "EXTERNAL". Because your Internet traffic is going to hit the External Interface. You might also want to check your routing on your server, and your outbound filters. The Real Servers gateway should be the PSN's NIC IP. However, I believe your problem is probably the remote access filter.
