Note that these arent ORBS, they are more like children of ORBS. I think these folks seem to be less fanatic than ORBS was. I have the impression that ORBS did stuff like drop in all the Hotmail servers, for example. Not because they were open relays, but because they got some spam from Hotmail users. We decided that in the interest of "Internet good citizenship", we'll work with the customers or whomever complains about legit mail getting blocked to fix their servers rather than let the crap come in.
