1. Use GBAdmin or the Web Interface to look at
System Activity -> Active VPNs. If the VPN
does not show up, then the problem is in the
VPN connection.
2. If the VPN connection shows up in Active VPNs,
then the chances are that you have a problem
with the passthrough filters. If you default
the passthrough filters (IP Passthrough ->
Filters), then the correct filters will be
created for you. If you already have created
IP Passthrough for other things, then the best
way to default your rules without loosing your
work is to use GBAdmin, copy your existing
filters to the clipboard, default the filters,
and paste the saved rules back in.
If you use are running a version of GNATBox
older than 3.2.2, then after you default the
IP Passthrough filters you will need to change
the "VPN, deny inbound" rule to "accept" and
enable it.
